Nature of Requirements: 

The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the replacement of the Wheelhouse Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units for the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Samuel Risley.

This requirement includes a mandatory site visit andfailure to attend will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Parry Sound, ON, 28 Waubeek Street P2A 1B9 on 19 May 2016. The site visit will begin at 08:30 EDT on board the vessel in the Wheelhouse. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 18 May 2016 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
