Request for proposal (RFP) to provide and deliver several frequency converters for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as part of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA). These converters are critical to operations and the safety of the CAF as part of their presence on this mission.

DELIVERY: For urgent operational and security reasons, all the deliverables must be received on or before November 1st, 2018. 

*Please note that DND will be responsible for the converters' transportation and delivery to Mali.

The evaluation of the bidders will be based on the mandatory technical evaluation criteria and financial criteria specified within this RFP (see Annexes A-B-C).
