REQUIREMENT

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an “as-and when required” basis, of bond and carbonless paper and other products for printing purposes. 

THE DESIGNATED USER:

The designated user is Correctional Service Canada (CSC), La Macaza Institution, La Macaza, Quebec.

PERIOD:

The period of the RISO is for a term of one (1) year from the date of issue (May 2016) and includes an option to extend the RISO for one (1) additional year.

INTERNATIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on GovernmentProcurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

F.O.B. La Macaza
Delay:  24 hours after order will be place.
Hours:  08h30 to  10h50 and13h00 to 15h30 weekdays only.

Important:  Institution does not have loading ducks.  Please expect deliver stock on skids at the front of the box truck.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

The supplier and all its employees and sub-contractors who will have access to CSC facilities must complete the CSC-SCC 1279 form “Institution Access CPIC Clearance Request”.  


All inquiries and other communication regarding this Request for Standing Offers must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offers.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in both official languages.
