Request for a Regional and Individual Standing Offer for Auto body and Paint Services. The requirements are for Saint-Jean and Montréal garrisons of the Department of National Defense (DND) located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Montreal, Quebec 

Possibility of 2 Standing Offers being issued, one per region according to responsive offer with the lowest total price per region. Canada may issue one Standing Offer if one Offer is responsive and offers lowest price for both regions

1st SO Montreal= Deemed responsive with the lowest price for Montreal = 50% of the total budget 

and 

2nd SO Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu = Deemed responsive with the lowest price for Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu = 50% of the total budget 

  or

1 SO for both regions = Deemed responsive with the lowest price for both regions = 100% of the total budget

The resulting Standing Offer(s) will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additional period of one year.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) as well as the Free Trade Agreement with Columbia, the Free Trade Agreement with Panama and the Free Trade Agreement with Peru.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only, to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offer.   

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.
