A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. ***************************************************************************************************************** Request for proposal for the acquisition and installation of 4 Safe-Deposit boxes, in accordance with the Canadian Federal government safety standards including the removal of four (4) existing safes as described in Annex "A". This requirement is for the benefit of the Ministry of National Defence of Canada.There will be two separate delivery sites, St- Jean and Valcartier. The evaluation of the contractor's bid will be carried out according to the mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment. This requirement must be completed on or before June 1st, 2017 if possible from issuance date. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The Crown retains the right to negotiate the termsof any contract with suppliers. Documents can be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference in the tender documents and contract documents, and form an integralpart . All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposals. Public Works and Government Services Canada provides servicesin Canada's two official languages.
