Request for proposal for the acquisition and delivery of seven (7) landing lights system for National Defence of Canada as described in Annex A.

The landing lights system will be delivered at the latest January 31st, 2020 as indicated in the Annex A. 

The evaluation of the contractor's bid will be made based on mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment.

This requirement must be completed according the table at Annex B, Basis of Payment of the request for proposal. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 

The Crown retains the right to negotiate the terms of any contract with suppliers.

Documents can be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference in the tender documents and contract documents, and form an integral part.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposals.   

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's both official languages.
