This document is intended to describe the goods and services to
be provided to perform the preventive maintenance and repair of
kitchen equipment, for the Department of National Defence's 2nd
Canadian Division Support Base Valcartier - Detachment/Garrison
Saint-Jean.

	Tasks
	
	The work to be performed under the statement of requirements
includes the provision of all labour, tools, equipment, spare
parts, maintenance products and anything else needed for the
complete and compliant performance of the work. The work covered
under this contract includes, but is not strictly limited to,
the following items:

	Preventive maintenance, twice a year, of the kitchen equipment
set out in the inventory lists provided in Annex C. Some
preventive maintenance tasks must be performed outside operating
hours from 19:00 to 00:00. 

	Provision of preventive maintenance reports.

	Repair of equipment covered by this document on request.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
