Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), for the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to procure a large and small toolbox to be delivered at DND in St-Hubert (Quebec).

Optional Site Visit: 
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at la Garrison St-Hubert, 438E Escadron Tactique d’hélicoptère, located at 4110 Leckie Street, St-Hubert (QC), J3Y 5T4, on Wednesday June 28th 2017. The site visit will begin at 10:00 AM (EDT). 

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than June 23rd 2017 at 5:00 PM (EDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

Quantity: One (1) large toolbox and one (1) small toolbox. Additional goods could be procured within 12 months of the contract award.
