The purpose of this amendment is to:

-  Extend the bid closing date for this request for proposal;
-  Revise the Answer #1 published as part of Amendment 001 published previously; and
-  Amend the mandatory technical criteria #5 (Annex A and Annex C) to delete the requirement of colour.

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for Transport Canada,is publishing this request for proposal (RFP) for the procurement, delivery and installation of a reversible snowplow for the Sept-Îles (QC) airport. The snowplow is to be installed on a truck currently owned by the airport. The requirement also inludes an on-site training.
