RISO Reprographic services (T014QD)

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO), for the
provision upon request of assorted Reproduction services such
as, reprography, printing, binding, laminating and other similar
services.

The required services, as described in the statement of work
that complete the invitation documents, will be required by the
Department of National Defense, Canadian Forces Leadership and
Recruit School, St-Jean Garrison, St-Jean-Richelieu, Quebec.

The resulting standing offer will be valid for a period of 24
months following the date of issue and will include a right for
Canada to authorized its utilisation beyond that period for one
additional period of twelve months each under the same terms and
conditions.

The offerors must offer firm unit prices for the initial period
of twenty four (24) months following the date of issue.  For the
additional period if authorized by Canada, the prices will be
revised and increased or decreased according to the variation of
the Consumer price  index (CPI) published by Statistics Canada
as per the provision of the resulting standing offer.

The estimated value of this requirement by Canada is between
$50,000.00 and $100,000.00 per year.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT) only.  Therefore, the requirement is
subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this request
for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting
authority named in the request for proposal.   

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
