Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for Security Access Cards.

Description:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision of Security Access Cards.

Indentified user:

The Department of National Defense St-Jean Garrison, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, refer to Annex "A" for delivery addresse.

Period of standing proposal:

From the date of issue and for a periode of 3 years firm.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on technical and financial criteria specified in the Requirement included in this RFSO.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offer.   

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
