AMENDMENT 003

The purpose of this amendment is the following:

1) Extend the closing date of the Request for Proposal to January 30, 2020.
2) Provide questions and answers along with amendments to the Request for Proposal document.

The purpose of this amendment is the following:

1) Extend the closing date of the Request for Proposal to January 27, 2020.
2) Provide questions and answers along with amendments to the Request for Proposal document.

Envrionment Canada wants to acquire the following 5 heavy machninery:
- Wheel Loader of 15 400 kg
- Grader
- Tow behind pneumatice tire compactor
- Detachable snow blower
- Wheal Loader of 11 500 kg

Delivery: 
Environment Canada
Montreal area, the port of Valleyfield (QC) or the port of Côte-Sainte-Catherine. The specific address will be confirmed with the Project Authority after contract award. Maritime transport from the port to Eureka will be assumed by Envrionment Canada.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement:
- Nunavut Land Claims Agreement
