The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject offer solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit offers electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. Given current circumstances and network limitations, some active procurements may be delayed. (ii) Description: Provide on an as and when required basis, various aggregates products in accordance with Annex A and B, to be delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Destination including all delivery charges and Free Carrier (FCA) to be picked-up by the client to various Federal Government Departments and Agencies according to four (4) defined sectors : 1- Island of Montreal, Longueuil and St-Hubert, 2- South Shore of Montréal including St-Jean-sur Richelieu and Farnham, 3- North Shore of Montreal including Laval, Ste-Anne-des-Plaines and surrounding 4- Quebec region including Donnacona and Valcartier (iii) Standing Offer Period : Period of the Standing Offer: Two (2) years starting from the date of standing offer issuance with one (1) option to extend for a period of one (1) year. (iv) Multiple Standing Offers : Evaluation of price will be based on an aggregate basis per sector and Canada reserves the right to award up to 4 standing offers (one per sector). A supplier can obtain a standing offer for one or more sectors. (v) Standing Offer value : An undetermined number of Standing Offers may be established subsequent to this Request for Standing Offers. To make administration of the Standing Offers easier, all Standing Offers issued subsequent to this solicitation will reflect a dollar value of NIL. This does not limit the volume of business the Offeror may do with the Federal Government. (vi) The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish Regional Master Standing Offers for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users in Quebec, excluding locations within Quebec that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Quebec will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers. (vii) This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING THIS REQUEST ARE INCLUDED IN THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.
