Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is seeking to purchase water sample analysis services for drinking water, raw water, swimming water, wastewater and water treatment plant sludge. The client (DND) will collect the samples and deliver them to the laboratory. The Contractor must provide all the containers necessary for collection, transportation and conservation of the samples.

A standing offer will be issued for a period of 14 months firm and Canada will retain the irrevocable right to extend the standing offer for two additional periods of one year each.

Quantity: Approximately 700 samples analysis per year distributed according to seasonal needs.

Delivery date: As necessary during the validity of the contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
