Request for a Standing Offer to provide graphic design and
production services for the promotional, publishing and internal
communications activities of Canada Economic Development,
Montréal, Québec.


For various printed and design products, such as:

>	leaflets, brochures,
>	various publications,
>	computer graphics presentations,
>	signs, posters, banners,
>	exhibition  stands and display units,
>	multimedia and video presentations,
>	visual concepts, graphic standards,
>	integrated visual communications programs,
>	promotional items,
>	graphics for  the Internet and Intranet sites.

	
It is anticipated that 5 Standing Offer may be issued as a
result of this Request for a Standing Offer. Allocation of the
amount is carried out, according to the rank that each company
was given during the evaluation.

1st offer:	$ 520,600.00 for a 4 years period 
2nd:		$ 488,800.00 for a 4 years period 
3rd:		$ 457,000.00 for a 4 years period 
4th:		$ 425,200.00 for a 4 years period 
5th:		$ 393,400.00 for a 4 years period 
			
For the period : from the date of issue  to June 30,  2015.
Including an additional one year period under the same
conditions.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
