Nature of Requirements: 

Request for proposal to supply services of an appraiser to produce appraisal reports for the parcels to be acquired for the bypass track design project in Lac-Mégantic (Quebec), as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) years with the possibility of two (2) individual optional years. 

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory requirements, rated requirements and a financial analysis.

Public Services and Procurement Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
