Project title
CSA Exploration Core  Relative Navigation LIDaR Sensor (RNLS)


Description
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Canadian Space Agency (CSA) located in St-Hubert, (Quebec), is
seeking bids to develop a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6
prototype of a Relative Navigation Laser Imaging, Detection and
Ranging (LIDaR) Sensor (RNLS). The scope of work and
requirements detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) in Annex A
encompasses the design, development, production, assembly and
testing of one prototype RNLS and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).


Period of Contract
From date of Contract award until December 20th 2014.


Maximum funding
The maximum funding available under this Request for Proposals
(RFP) is $800,000.00, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Quebec
Sales Tax (QST) extra, as applicable. Bids valued in excess of
this amount will be considered non-responsive, as per PART 4-
Evaluation Procedures and Selection Process, section 4.3
Financial Evaluation. This disclosure does not commit Canada to
pay the maximum funding available.

There are no security requirements applying to this project.
