Nature of Requirements: 
Maintenance of electrical distribution system, including labor,
materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance of
transformers 2000KV/600 volts and 600/120/208 volts including
all the main and secondary electrical rooms and any distribution
for the Food Research and Development Center, situated at 3600
Casavant, St-Hyacinthe (Quebec) Canada. Services must be
provided in accordance with all sections of the specifications.

The period of any resulting Contract shall be for a period of
five (5) years

It is strongly recommanded that the bidder attend the site visit
at the designated date and time to examine the scope of the work
required and the existing conditions. 
The site visit will be held on August  21, 2012 at 10:00 am.
located at the Food Research and Development Center, situated at
3600 Casavant, St-Hyacinthe (Quebec) Canada.  

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: 100,001$ - 250,000$
