Nature of Requirements: 
REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all
labour, material and equipment for the Fisheries and Oceans
Canada, 35 Street Otis, Les Escoumins, (Quebec) Canada.  The
services must be provided in accordance with the Statement of
Work attached.

Contract period is for to two (2)  years, from June 1st, 2014 to
May 31st, 2016  with a possibility of  three (3) individual
optional years.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on October 24, 2013 at 02:30 pm at the
following address:  35  Street Otis, Les Escoumins, Quebec.  

This procurement is subject to Security requirements.

PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $100,001 and $ 250,000
