RFSO- General Contractor Services

Request for a standing offer for general contractor services for two buildings. The services are mainly focused on the maintenance, renovation, repair and other various construction services of buildings having premises, offices, laboratories, etc ...

Location:
Health Canada building in Longueuil at 1001 St-Laurent in Longueuil.
Building at 715 Peel Street in Montreal.

THE PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFER: Two (2) years from the date of issue and includes two (2) optional years.

PSPC will authorize one (1) standing offer with a term of two (2) years from the date of issuance.

VALUE: The total dollar value of the Standing Offer for the 4 years is estimated to be:
$ 1,322,213.00 (Taxes included). The various call-ups may reach a maximum of $ 50,000 (taxes included) each.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS AND MANDATORY TECHNICAL CRITERIA: The Offerers must meet all security requirements and mandatory technical criteria of the Request for Standing Offer.

At the request for standing offers closing date, the Offeror must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) certificate issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of Public Services and Procurement. Canada (PSPC);

Failure to provide proof within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate with the verification process, the bid will be declared non-responsive.

The State reserves the right to negotiate the provisions of any contract with suppliers. Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The standard clauses and conditions of this procurement are incorporated by reference into and form part of the tender documents and the contract documents.
