Inspection and maintenance of fire safety equipement - 715 Peel

"Request for proposal in order to obtain services of inspection and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers and standpipe and hose systems of the federal building located at 715 Peel in Montreal and consisting mainly of office spaces".
 
An optional (but strongly recommended) site visit is to be held on February 11th 2016 at 10h00 AM at 1020 St-Antoine, Montreal, QC, H3C 4H6.  Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authorityno later than five (5) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to provide a valid I.D. to be granted a visitor card.

Contract period is from May 10th 2016 for a period of five (5) years.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on the mandatory requirements and a financial analysis. 

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100,001 and $250,000 GST included.
