This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W0106-15EMQ3/A dated July 23rd, 2015 with a
closing of Septembre 9th, 2015 at 2:00 pm. 

Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the
Department of National Defence, Valcartier Garrison (Health
Centre), province of Quebec as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) years with three (3) individual
optional years. 

Total  estimate for the contract is between $1,000,001 and
$5,000,000, taxes extra


This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements, a numerical score for
operational criteria, qualitative and a financial analysis.


Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
