Janitorial services - Biosphere, Montreal, Quebec

This invitation to tender is to provide janitorial services for indoor and outdoor spaces at the Montreal Biosphere according to the requirements described in the solicitation document.

Mandatory site visit
There will be a site visit on February 19, 2020 at 10h00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Biosphere, 160 Chemin Tour de l'île, Montreal.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than two (2) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.The representative of the bidders must sign the site visit attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

Enquiries during the solicitation period
Enquiries regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority named on the Invitation to Tender - Page 1 at e-mail address jessica.cossettefontaine@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca  Enquiries should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and contract documents.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the website https://buyandsell.gc.ca service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
