IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Bids in hard copy (delivered in person or by mail or courier) or transmitted by facsimile will not be accepted in this request for proposal.

DESCRIPTION

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain a firm of Architects and its Sub-Consultants for the provision of the services required for the project of new Living Unit (Block #16) at
Federal Training Centre, 600 Montée St-François, Laval, QC, H7C 2T8

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
There is no security requirement applicable to this request for proposal.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.  

TENDER DOCUMENTS
Firms intending to submit a proposal on this project should obtain proposal documents through the website https://buyandsell.gc.ca service provider. Amendment, when issued, will be available from the service provider. Firms that elect to base their proposal on proposal documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the proposal calling authority of their intention to bid.  

QUESTIONS OR REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION
Questions or requests for clarification during the solicitation period must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority named on the RFP - Page 1 at e-mail address france.belisle@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Enquiries should be received no later than 5 working days prior to the closing date identified on the front page of the Request for Proposal. Enquiries received after that date may not be answered prior to the closing date of the solicitation.
