    DORVAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE
    
    Supply the labour to operate and maintain the facilities at 700 Leigh-Capreol in Dorval on behalf of Transport Canada.The contractor shall: 
    - Oversee the operations of the building 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; 
    - Ensure that the building is available for tenant use during normal working hours, i.e., 7 am to 6 pm, local time, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise directed by the Technical Authority or specified in the tenants' occupancy instruments or leases; 
    - Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with Facilities Management; and
    - Identify, report and resolve issues of non-compliance with quality standards.
    Arrangements have been made for a site visit to be held on November 25th 2015 at 10:30 am at 700 Leigh-Capreol in Dorval (QC).  Bidders are asked 
    to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than two (2) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend.  Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.  Bidders should confirm in their bids that theyhave attended the site visit.  Bidders who do not attend or send a represen
    tative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will 
    be rejected as non-compliant.  There are safety requirements for the participants of this meeting. Wearing safety shoes (sole and steel cap) al
    ong with hearing protection equipment (cap or shell) will be required. Anyone who does not carry the equipment will not have access to the mechanical rooms.
    The term of the contract is for one (1) year with theoption of four renewals of one years’ duration each.
    Bid evaluation will be based on mandatory criteria and on the mandatory docume
    ntation submitted, as set out in the request for proposals.  A recommendation will be made to award the contract to thelowest bidder among those who meet all mandatory criteria.
