Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: EE520-171062/A TITLE: Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, upstream canal's walls rehabilitation PROJECT DESCRIPTION .1 Work under this contract consists primarily, but are not limited to: The rehabilitation of the Canal Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue (rehabilitationof upstream walls), in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. .2 In particular, the work mainly include but are not limited to, providing labor, materials and supplies, equipment and all necessary steps to: .a The repair of the walls of the river upstream pier. .bRepair wharf pier head river upstream pier. .c The repair of bituminous coated over the river upstream pier. .d The repair and reconstruction of the walls of the old lock. .e The repair and reconstruction of the upstream edge walls. .f The mark up of the central box. .g Demolition: .1 Of the building located on the upstream edge of the wall. .2 Of the terrace located on the upstream spawning wall. .h Dismantling and relocation: .1 Of the lighting system located on the upstream edge wall. .2 Of the monitoring system located on the upstream edge of the wall. .3 Of the mooring equipment or other items of equipment in conflict with the work The access by the public to the Canal and the minimum shipping lane shown onplanmust be kept from May 20th to October 10th, 2016 and from May 19th to October 9th, 2017. There is a site visit scheduled for this project. There will be an optional (but highly recommended) site visit on August 31st, 2016 at 10:00 am (local). Interested bidders are to meet at the pavement north of the sluice, near the east gate of the latter. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed,Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failureto cooperate tothe verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Contractor must, at the Contractor's expense, obtain and maintain insurance contracts in accordance with the requirements of the Certificate of Insurance. The insurance coverage shall include: - Contractor Pollution Liability as well as, - Marine Liability PERIOD OF WORK The rehabilitation work must be completed before June 11th, 2017.
