MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR THE PNEUMATIC, ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OF THE BUILDING CONTROL SYSTEM

Title: Automated Control and Direct Digital Control Service and Repair at the building of Health Canada located at 1001, St-Laurent street, Longueuil in Québec.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
To provide the full range of optimization, programming, repair, and service of control system components and systems. To ensure that the most efficient and reliable operation of the Direct Digital Control (DDC) is maintained to meet program and building system requirements.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT
Starting November 1st, 2016 and till October 31st, 2021 inclusive.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder must enclose a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) with its bid.

- The Bidder shall submit WITH his bid a resume (CV) which must demonstrate that the technician in instrumentation and control has at least three (3) years of experience. Otherwise, the bid will be deemed non-responsive.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD

- INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide theinformation. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent toa Criminal Record Verificationform - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

SECURITY
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer/Supply Arrangement, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a validRELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
