This standing offer is for a period of two (2) years, with the
possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

The maximum value for Individual call-ups is 25,000$ each (Taxes
extra). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that
the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up. 


PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $100,001 and $ 250,000
