REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all
labour, material and equipment for the St-Jean's Garrison (Rooms
Area/ Hostelry) located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, (Quebec)
Canada.  The services must be provided in accordance with the
Technical Specification attached at Annex "A"

The period of the contract is for 2 years from July 1st, 2014 to
June 31st, 2016 with a possibility of three (3) years optional.

THERE IS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for site visit to be held on April 23rd, 2014 at
9h30AM at the St-Jean's Garrison (Rooms sector/ Hostelry) Grand
Bernier South street J0J-1R0, local F-205  Blue sector. 

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than three (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend.
