    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
    
    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 
    
    Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application to respond to this Request for Standing Offer. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
    
    Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted as part of this Request for Standing Offer.

    PROJECT:
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) invites architectural and engineering consulting firms with expertise in the field of architectural heritage conservation to submit proposals for standing offers. The services are aimed at studies, analyzes, and the elaboration of plans and specifications related to works and buildings having heritage characteristics. The mandates will be carried out only in the Quebec region over a period of five years, including two optional years. Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that orders will be placed for all or any amount of the standing offers. PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offers are required.
