DESCRIPTION:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) involves the
provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Grocery products.

DELIVERY:

Onboard the vessels of the Canadian Cost Guard, at the following
sites:
Quebec City Harbour (St.Charles's River, Cap Diamant);
Quai de la Reine (101, Champlain Boulevard).
	
Delivery hours and details: In accordance with the call-up
document.

DELAY:		Delivery within forty-eight (48) hours following an
authorized order and                                        
twenty-four (24) hours in case of an emergency.

FREQUENCY: 	one (1) or more deliveries per week, depending on
the various vessels.


SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The standing offer includes 5% of the
total amount for products other than those identified in the
attached list. The price must not exceed the price of the
supplier's catalog.

Consider the possibility of obtaining half boxes/crates.

The products offered by the supplier shall match the description
shown on the attached list. When a mark is indicated, no
substitute will be accepted without the applicant's prior
approval.


NOTE: The peak periods are: June and the first two (2) weeks of
July as well as November and the first two (2) weeks of December.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
