REQUESTS FOR STANDING OFFER ARE NOW FOR REGIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFERS. *********** AMENDMENT 002: This amendment is to upload a new version (002) of Annex B - French version only. Please refer to version 002 from now on. *********** AMENDMENT 001: This amendment is to upload a new version (002) of Annex B - French versiononly. Please refer to version 002 from now on. *********** Description: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision,on an as andwhen ordered basis, various products of meat, poultry and delicatessen. Identified user: Correctional Service Canada, Drummondville and Cowansville Institutions, refer to annex A-1 for delivery addresses. Period of standing proposal: From April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 divided into four (4) periods of three (3) months. Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period. Oneor more Standing Offerscould be issued for each period. Delay: Products will have to be delivered within 5 working days following reception of a call-up. Emergency services: At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when Urgentrequests are made, theofferer (s) will commit to supplying the goods within seventy-two (72) hours following receipt of an order. Security: Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the institutions. The client may require that a security investigation be made on the supplier's delivery staff. Furthermore, the suppliershall ensure that his staff members carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the site. The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institutions. Quantities: The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products. N.B: The successful bidder must comply with the formats required in the preparation of their bids. Approximate scope of the standing proposal: The approximate scope of theStanding Proposal is $115 000.00 for the period from April 1st, 2016 to March 31st, 2017. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
