The work for this requirement will include but not be limited to Work Associated with; Mobilization Activities; Site Support Activities; Freshet Monitoring, Water Treatment; Water Management, Tailings Consolidation, Earthworks and Demobilization all of which are detailed in the construction specifications. The complete requirement details can be found fully described in the Specifications. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to comply will result in rejection of your bid. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENTS (CLCA) This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-GovernmentAgreement. The area of the contract is in the Monfwi Gogha De Niitlee identified in the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement and proximate to Yellowknife and the Akaitcho Dene First Nation Communities of Dettah and N'Dilo. TRADE AGREEMENTS The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the GETS service provider on the Government of Canada Web site at http://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders.
