Requirement: Parks Canada has a requirement to supply Fuel
Items, Jet A1; Diesel; Gasoline; Various Quantity's as stated in
the proposal, in 205 L drums, shipped FOB Destination, the
Torngat Mountains National Park Base Camp and Research Station,
Labrador, province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada as per
Annex B  Terms of Reference plus Terms and Conditions stated in
the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Quantity: Various Quantities
Unit of Issue: Liter in 205L Drums.

Delivery: On or before 20 July 2012.

This requirement is covered under the Comprehensive Land Claim
Agreement (CLCA's) Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement and is
Set-aside for Aboriginal Business under the Procurement Strategy
for Aboriginal Business. 
The procurement is subject to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims
Agreement.

- Agreement on Government Procurement, Appendix I, Article 1
(d); and Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Article 1802, under
the provision that each has for set-asides for small and
minority businesses.
