Number of Items: 3 (Jet Fuel; Gasoline; Diesel;) Quantity: Various Quantities Unit of Issue: Liter in 205L Drums. Delivery: On or before 20 July 2012. Annex B Terms of Reference Additional Terms and Conditions: Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA) This requirement is covered under the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA's) Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement and is Set-aside for Aboriginal Business under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. The procurement is subject to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement. A copy of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement may be obtained at the following Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada web site: http://www.aadnc-aandc.gc.ca/eng/1100100030601 Procurement Strategy for ABORIGINAL BUSINESS (PSAB) This procurement is set-aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business Trade Agreements - Set Aside This procurement is set aside from the North American Free Trade Agreement Annex 1001.2B, Article 1 (d); World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement, Appendix I, Article 1 (d); and Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Article 1802, under the provision that each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Destination: F.O.B. Delivered to Parks Canada, Torngat Mountains National Park Torngat Mountains Base Camp and Research Station Labrador, province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
