Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canadian Coast Guard, has a requirement to establish a Supply Arrangement to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers that will be used to solicit bids and issue individual contracts. The work performed under this Supply Arrangement will be for Alongside Refits, Scheduled Maintenance and Regulatory Maintenance for ships of the Canadian Coast Guard. The work will be undertaken at the CG wharf in St. John’s (postal code A1C 5M3), Port Authority wharf in St. John’s ( postal code A1C6N6), or Argentia (postal code A0B 2Y0) in Newfoundland and Labrador.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) This procurement is set aside from  set aside from the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) - exemption reference: Annex 4, Note 4
