Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of The Canadian Coast Guard, has a requirement for an assessment on the grounded vessel Hamilton Banker which is located in Colliers, NL.  The Contractor will need to complete a dive survey and provide 3 different options of vessel disposal along with estimated costs.
