    Transport Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region, has a
    requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) medium
    capacity tow-behind hydrostatic runway sweeper.  The unit must
    have a minimum 4.2m (13.75ft) broom width and a minimum air
    blower rating of 17,000 SCFM.  The sweeper supplied is to be
    complete with all accessories customarily furnished and
    installed on this type of unit to enable the sweeper to function
    reliably and efficiently under all conditions of service. All
    items noted in sections 1.0 through 7.3 of the attached
    specification are to be included in the base configuration,
    unless noted otherwise.
    
    This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
    on Internal Trade (AIT); the North American Free Trade Agreement
    (NAFTA); and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on
    Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
