This bid solicitation B8297-200034/B cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number B8297-200034/A dated 2019/11/29 with a closing of 2020/02/25 at 14:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST).

It is the responsibility of the Bidders who have previously submitted a bid to resend their bid and samples under the new Solicitation number B8297-200034/B before the new solicitation closing date of 2020/03/26 at 14:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Please note all previous solicitation amendments under solicitation B8297-200034/A have been included in this new Solicitation and no other changes were made, other than providing additional time for Bidders to respond.

At this time, debriefing or feedback sessions will not be provided to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation since no bids have been evaluated.

1.Statement of Requirement

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has a requirement for the production and the delivery of Photo Pouches to be supplied on an as and when required basis to its distribution facility located in the National Capital Region (NCR).

2.Trade Agreements

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
