Nature of Requirements: 

1. REQUIREMENT

The Service Canada Western Territories (W-T) Region requires the purchase of custom manila file folders for use in three Service Canada Pensions offices located in Victoria, Edmonton and Winnipeg. 

The three sites historically use large quantities of manila file folders every fiscal year (approximately 500,000-800,000 in total for all three locations, see volumetric data per location in section 2.5 Volumetric Data of the RFP), and are seeking an “On Demand” contract until March 31, 2020, and two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

2. TRADE AGREEMENTS

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages.
