To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the Department of 
National Defence (DND) for the provision of Meat, Fish and Poultry 
items on an ‘as and when’ requested basis to Garrison Petawawa, 
Ontario. 

• Period of Standing Offer has been divided into the following four periods:

o PERIOD A: 1 December 2015 to 29 February 2016 (closing 18 November 2015)
o PERIOD B:  1 March 2016 to 31 May 2016 (closing 17 February 2016)
o PERIOD C: 1 June 2016 to 31 August 2016 (closing 11 May 2016)
o PERIOD D: 1 September 2016 to 30 November 2016 (Closing 10 August 2016)

Note:  Offers must be submitted for each period as per the schedule in Annex D, Closing date schedule.  Offerors may present offers on any period of their choice.

Only One (1) notice will be posted on Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for this requirement. This posting will include all the documents which are to be submitted by the offeror for the rebidding period. No further notice will be given to the offerors of the periodic tender clo
sing dates.
