IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Solicitation - W6889-210041/A Pool Maintenance 22 WG North Bay

For the Department of National Defence (DND) provide all labour, consumables, materials, supervision, travel, transportation cost and equipment required to perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual pool inspections and operation at 22 Wing Recreation Centre located at 29 Duxford Rd. Hornell Heights, ON.

The period of the contract will be from 1 January 2021 - 31 December 2021, with the irrevocable option to extend the period of the Contract by two (2) additional one-year periods.

Suppliers are asked to submit their questions, comments and inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal by fax, mail or email, if they wish. Questions should be sent by email at cynthia.lamorie@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca.

Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Proposal process. Suppliers should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the Request for Standing Offer process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
