Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement To supply oseltamivir phosphate 75mg, 45mg and 30mg to Federal, Provincial and Territorial (F/P/T) consignees as part of the F/P/T Group Purchasing Program. Firm Quantity 75mg - 3,718,490 capsules 45mg - 70,910 capsules 30mg - 452,380 capsules With option to purchase up to an additional 20% of above mentioned quantities Contract Period April 1 2021 to March 31, 2022. Inquiries regarding this RFP are to be submitted to the contracting officer listed below. Delivery Date: 01/06/2021 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
