Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Title: Equipment for a Loading Dock Project Description: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is equipping a loading dock in Ottawa, Ontario. This loading dock requires building components and connectivity requirements (material in the form of furniture, fixtures and equipment). These Miscellaneous goods will be supplied, delivered and installed as outlined in this requirement. Requirement: The supply and installation of miscellaneous janitorial equipment and furniture items for the operation of the loading dock. Schedule: All components must be delivered within the following timeframe: May 24th, 2019 to July 19th, 2019. Security Requirement: There is a security requirement applicable to this requirement. Integrity Provisions - Associated Information: Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003. Trade Agreements: This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement. Canadian Content Policy: The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods. Basis of Selection: All bids must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price by item will be recommended for award of a contract. Detailed information concerning Evaluation procedures and Basis of Selection is available in the solicitation package. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
