    PROJECT AND RFP SUMMARY:
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada intends to retain an architectural firm, acting as a prime consultant, together with a multidisciplinary team of sub consultants for the provision of
    the services required for this project.
    
    The Project Involves:
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires an Architectural Consulting firm, supported by a multidisciplinary team of Sub-Consultants and specialists, to provide a Technical Feasibility Study with Option Analysis and Class D Cost Estimates in support of the East Block (EB) Rehabilitation Project Phase 2.
    
    Proponents are requested to submit a proposal in one phase
    
    A combination of the technical and price of services submissions will constitute the proposal.
    
    Late submissions will not be considered.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
