This amendment is raised to change the solicitation closing date
and to address questions during the solicitation period.

To establish one (1) Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) for
the supply, delivery and installation of Collaborative soft
seating for the following locations:

22 Eddy Street, Gatineau, Quebec
30 Victoria Street, Gatineau, Quebec
90 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario

Offerors must fulfill the requirement in accordance with Annexes
A to be available for supply on a regional basis on behalf of
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the Real
Property Branch (RPB) of PWGSC on the behalf of multiple end
users.

The period of the Standing Offer is for a three year period.
There is an option to extend the Standing Offer by an additional
one-year period. 


Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
