Nature of Requirements: 
Canine vests and harness.  K9 model/part numbers listed below OR
EQUIVALENT.  To be manufactured in accordance with Item
Descriptions and drawings at Annex B. 
Destination is within  60 km of the National Capital Region. 
The address will be provided after contract award. 

Firm quantities:   
1.  Canine extraction/insertion vest, K9 storm military vest
part # K9LBM model, intruder ready version OR EQUIVLANT:  6 units
 
2.  Extraction/insertion vest K9 storm military vest part #
K9LBM model #K9LBMTSECAX OR EQUIVALENT:  6 units

3.  Tactical tracking harness, K9 storm military harness
complete.  Model # IDHBSOCT OR EQUIVALENT:  6 units

Delivery:  total quantity is to be delivered by June 30, 2012.

In addition, there is also a requirement for a minimum option of
3 units and up to a maximum option quantity of 18 units which
may be exercised within 18 months from contract award date.
