THIS CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
SOLICITAITON NUMBER 21120-138452/A DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012
WHICH CLOSED ON NOVEMBER 21, 2012.


Gloves, wool/nylon, grey.  To be manufactured in accordance with
Purchase Description CAG-2-1208-567d and sealed sample. 
To be delivered to Correctional Service of Canada, Laval, PQ. 

Firm quantity:   
Year one:  23,760 pairs 
Year two:  23,760 pairs

Delivery:  Year one quantity is to be delivered by June 2013.
Delivery:  Year two firm quantity is requested complete by
September 30, 2014.

In addition, there is also a requirement for a minimum option of
10,000 pairs and up to a maximum option quantity of  25,000
pairs which may be exercised within 36 months from contract
award date.

Also a quantity of 15,000 pairs may be ordered on an as-and-when
requested basis within 36 months from the contract award date.

Sealed sample, which is provided for guidance, may be viewed at
the following DPWGS District Offices:

Quebec, PQ
Montreal, PQ
Mississauga, On
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Vancouver, BC

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
