    This Amendment is raised to extend the closing date to Monday, August 29, 2016 at 2:00 pm EDT.
    
    TROUSERS WASHABLE CARGO POCKET
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Cargo Pocket Washable Trousers. 
    
    The items are to be made in accordance with RCMP specification G.S. 1045-353 dated 2016-02-05, patterns and viewing sample.
    
    FIRM QUANTITY:
    Item 01 - Trousers, Washable, Cargo Pocket Male (regular sizes) - quantity 10,130 units
    Item 02 - Trousers, Washable, Cargo Pocket Female (regular sizes) - quantity 1,210 units
    
    It is requested that the total firm quantity be delivered within 45 calendar days of the date of the written notice of approval of the production test reports.
    
    ESTIMATED QUANTITY ("AS ANDWHEN REQUESTED"):
    Item 03 - Trousers, Washable, Cargo Pocket Male (regular sizes) - estimated
    quantity 2,000 units
    Item 04 - Trousers, Washable, Cargo Pocket Female (regular sizes) - estimated
    quantity 1,000 units
    Item 05 - Trousers, Washable, Cargo Pocket Male (special sizes) - estimated
    quantity 300 units
    Item 06 - Trousers, Washable, CargoPocket Female (special sizes) - estimated
    quantity 150 units
    
    The estimated quantities may be ordered on an "as & when requested" basis by the RCMP for aperiod of 48 months from the effective date of the contract.  Special size is defined as
    those sizes outside the realm of the scale of measurements.
    
    OPTIONS:
    This requirement also includes three (3) options to purchase an additional quantity as follows:
    
    Option 1 (Item 07 and 08):  for a maximum of 7,000 units exercisable for a period of 12 months from the date of contract award. 
    
    Option 2 (Item 09 and 10):  for a maximumof 7,000 units exercisable for a period of 24 months from the date of contract award.
    
    Option 3 (Item 10 and 11):  for a maximumof 7,000 units exercisable for a periodof 36 months from the date of contract award.
    
    PRE-AWARD SAMPLE:
    A pre-award sample, Certificates of Compliance and test reports may be requested after bid closing.
    
    CANADIAN CONTENT POLICY:
    This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policyand is solely limited to Canadian origin goods.
