The Canada Boarder Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for
the procurement of Pants, cargo, male and female to be supplied
in accordance with Purchase Description CBSA/ASFC -2012-09-110
dated 2015-01-26, and drawings, in various sizes for delivery to
the National Clothing Centre Region in Ottawa, Ontario.  

Technical Requirements:  All units must be manufactured in
accordance with the CBSA purchase description  CBSA/ASFC
-2012-09-110 dated  2015-01-26 provided with the Request for
Proposal, and drawings.  

Firm Quantity:
Item 001 - Pants, cargo, Male and Female various sizes:    
1,500 pairs

Delivery to the CBSA in Ottawa, Ontario:
Item 001: Delivery of the firm quantity is requested complete by
April 30, 2015.

Estimated Quantity: "As and When Requested" 
Item 002 - Pants, cargo, Male and Female various sizes: 3,500
pairs

Item 002: As and When Requested pants may be ordered on an "as
and when requested" basis within 36 months from the date of
contract award.  Size rolls will be provided at the time of
order for the "as and when requested" quantities.

Option 1:  Item 003 Estimated Quantity minimum 100 pairs up to a
maximum of 3,000 pairs available to be exercised within 24
months from the date of contract award.  

Option 2:  Item 004 Estimated Quantity mimimum 100 pairs up to a
maximum of 3,000 pairs available to be exercised within 36
months from the date of  contract award.

Enquiries:  To ensure a response before the bid closing date,
all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in
writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven
(7) calendar days prior to the closing date.
