Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is hereby issuing this
Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the provision of Undress
Service Ribbon Bar.  The Standing Offer will be valid from the
date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of 3 years. 
Only one (1) National Individual Standing Offer may be issued as
a result of this RFSO.

Technical Requirements:
The items are to be supplied in accordance with the purchase
description for Undress Service Ribbon Bar and viewing samples.

Government Available Material (GAM)
The following government available material is required for the
manufacture of these items and must be purchased from the RCMP.
